More time through time recording


Our new time recording software a-ti-ma (altagena Time Management) enables you to record your working times and project activities quickly and easily. The client-server architecture allows you and your employees to use our software in your company in a simple and flexible way.
The data is always available to you and with our integrated reporting tools you can analyze the data easily. No more annoying sending and receiving of spreadsheets – your administration effort is minimized significantly.


Time recording with two layers


The time recording is split in two user layers.

The first layer – the user layer– has a restricted user interface.
the user can record times, create and view reports and view and edit his recorded times.

The second layer –the administration layer- offers the full functionality, including access to the master data administration.
The administrator additionally can create, edit and delete master data – and in addition the administrator is responsible for the user administration.




Time recording as flexible as it can be


The a-ti-ma time recording software is time-, project- and customer-specific – this allows you to make a minute project-specific billing for your customer.


The time stamps are creatable for each customer separately. After picking the customer, you see the customer-specific projects and can bill them individually.


The time stamps can include hour times and/or date times, so you can adjust the time records to your company’s accounting approach, instead of vice versa.


And besides that, you can also create different time accounts for the employees.
The a-ti-ma time recording software calculates and analyzes the overtimes and missing hours for each employee, according to the time accounts, which can be defined by day, week, month or year.
The employee sees his Overtimes, missing hours, sick days and leave entitlements in a convenient overview.


The a-ti-ma time recording software is as flexible as it can be, so it can be used in all areas. You can associate users to projects and sub-projects to projects.



The user can define his default customer and default project by the personalization function. These defaults are the basis for all time records until the user changes the defaults.


Time recording for speedy users


With the a-ti-ma time recording software you can make time stamps very quickly anytime.

Often it happens that you telephone with your customer and forget to take a look at your watch – and before you can say knife, half an hour has passed by.
The new a-ti-ma time recording software helps you to handle this.


With the Quick Record function you can start and stop recording your time data with a single click and complete it after the call. The time stamps can be completed either by the extended Quick Entry or can be edited through the web-application later on.



To reduce the amount of paper on your desk, there is a comment field in the Quick entry mask, where you can make notes while talking on the telephone.



Custom-made reports


You have different possibilities to create reports.
The accounts can be typed out regarding to projects, activities or customers.
Beyond from billing only, you can also list the times of a team for a specific project or a customer. In the lists again you have the possibility to merge the activities of specific users or whole teams within a given period of time. And finally, you can merge the times of a project an its sub projects or list them individually.
